Before a property or partner becomes part of your itinerary, it undergoes our verification process. We examine the details many advisors overlook: terrain and accessibility, pool and beach infrastructure, room and view orientation, local management reputation, and supplier reliability.04 — The Orchestration
Once the foundation is in place, we arrange the details that bring a journey to life: sought-after Michelin-starred tables, private guides, custom vineyard access, thoughtful transfers, and door-to-door luggage forwarding where appropriate, so travel days feel lighter from the moment you leave home.05 — The Delivery
Before departure, you receive a detailed digital travel portfolio, paired with a refined printed briefing of essential trip details and your itinerary. Throughout the journey, you have direct, private access to the Atmosphère desk, never a call center and never a chatbot.Professional travel-design retainers apply to all custom curation, typically beginning at $450 per journey. Your final retainer is confirmed following the initial consultation and reflects the scope and complexity of your itinerary.
